“I see my path, but I don’t know where it leads. Not knowing where I’m going is what inspires me to travel it.” – Rosalia de Castro
If you told me a year ago, or even 6 months ago that I was going to back everything up into one suitcase, and move to the other side of the world alone, I would have laughed hysterically.
But here I am, in Melbourne, Australia. 10, 500 miles away from home. One week in. And I am loving every second.
I have spent my life travelling. Born in Hong Kong, raised in Spain, lived in Vietnam. And the last 8 years I have called London my home.
But recently, maybe two months ago, something clicked. I was living in a comfort zone I was happy with, and I needed to change this.
I can already say this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. And travelling it solo is an even great experience and achievement.
When you travel solo, you don’t have to wait for anyone else to be ready, to have the right funds, or want to do exactly what you want to do.
You experience a great deal of freedom and independence.
Over the next… However long. I will be sharing with you my tips and tricks of travelling solo, in Australia and wherever else life takes me.
The last few years of my life have been leading to this movement and change and I am so excited to share it with you.
So stay tuned!
